Catoir's WhiteTail SmokeHouse, LLC is open year round for wild game processing.  Normal working hours during deer season are Monday-Friday 8am - 3:30pm.  Someone is usually here the rest of the time, but please call to make sure someone is here to take your order.  We sometimes have to leave, so please leave a message on either phone and we will return your call ASAP.  Our business is located behind our home.  Out of respect for our neighbors and for privacy, we do not post our address online.  Please call for driving directions.  Deershop phone 225-698-9743,  Tommy cell phone 225-715-0764.

We accept shipped frozen meats from out of state.  We use FedEx to ship return orders with dry ice.  Please call ahead so we know to be looking for your shipped delivery to our shop.
