Hello, my name is Tommy Catoir.

I own Catoir's WhiteTail SmokeHouse, LLC in French Settlement LA, and I am working on opening a new business, Catoir's Creole Creations.

My family has a history of meat processing and sausage making.  My great-great grandfather did meat processing in LaPlace, Gramercy and Crevasse, Louisiana.  My family was raised catching and processing their own seafood, meats, sausages, beer, sauces and many other cajun foods.  I love to cook, create and eat!  Everything is good! 

I opened the Deershop in 2000.  I enjoy processing all wildgame and spending time with my customers.  I was offered the opportunity in 2005 to open a retail convience grocery store in Prairieville.  Hurricane Katrina changed so much for the businesses in this area, our store included.  We closed the store in March 2008 to pursue wholesale oppurtunities. 

I am very excited to be going wholesale and look forward to getting my products in the marketplace in Louisiana, USA, and overseas.
